2. For custom-built or bulk orders, processing timelines may vary and will be communicated during order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

1. We partner with reputed logistics providers (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shiprocket.) for domestic shipping across India.

2. For international orders, we use DHL, FedEx, or equivalent services to ensure secure and trackable deliveries.

Shipping Charges

1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

2. Free shipping may be available for certain order values or promotional offers, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timeline

1. Domestic Deliveries (India): 5–10 business days from dispatch.

2. International Deliveries: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

3. Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as holidays, strikes, natural calamities, or customs delays.

Damage or Loss in Transit

1. If your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

2. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue or initiate a replacement.

Address Accuracy

1. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. ACS will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
